We have a space estimator online to help you choose the right size unit for your belongings and needs. If you’re not sure please reach out and give us a call and our friendly team will be able to assist.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Call or email us to cancel your booking. Please note we require 30days notice.

HOW OFTEN CAN I ACCESS MY THINGS?

You have the freedom to retrieve your belongings at any time we offer 24/7 access for all storage unit customers and 9-5pm for all parking customers.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT IN ORDER TO RENT A UNIT?

Yes you will need to sign a contract. Our agreement adheres to the requirements of the Self Storage Association of Australasia. Fortunately, it operates on a month-to-month basis without any obligatory long-term commitment.

CAN I STILL ACCESS MY THINGS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Absolutely

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO STORE?

You are welcome to store items that are non-explosive, non-flammable, legal, non-perishable, and environmentally friendly. If you have any uncertainties, feel free to reach out to one of our experts—we are always here to assist you.

WHAT KIND OF SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

Our facilities are equipped with surveillance tools such as perimeter fencing, security lighting, individual pin controlled entries, and 24/7 CCTV cameras to guarantee the safety and security of your belongings and after hour lighting.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

You make monthly payments on the anniversary date of when you initially placed your items into storage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE OUT EARLY?

We require 30days notice to vacate the space, but we understand that circumstances can change quickly. Give us a call as early as possible and we can help you manage the rest.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can book and pay online as well as set up AutoPay payments. We accept Credit Card, bank transfer and EFT. We also have the option for you to make your storage payments weekly, monthly or yearly.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STORAGE PERIOD?

The minimum storing period is one month. If you’re after a shorter stay, get in touch with our friendly team to see how we can tailor a solution to you and your storage needs.

CAN I GIVE MY CODE TO OTHERS E.G REMOVALIST OR RELATIVES? 

It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility. If you are need to have others access your unit such as removalsit please get intouch and we can organise a unique pin for them.
