You can book and pay online as well as set up AutoPay payments. We accept Credit Card, bank transfer and EFT. We also have the option for you to make your storage payments weekly, monthly or yearly.

CAN I GIVE MY CODE TO OTHERS E.G REMOVALIST OR RELATIVES? 

It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.  How to Use Your Lock on Your Container:

 

  1. Locate the Locking Cover (Lock Box): Begin by identifying the prominent locking cover on your container. Behind this cover, you will find a vertical locking point featuring a crucial notch. This notch plays a vital role in preventing the insertion of bolt cutters, enhancing security.
  2. Lock Placement: Insert your specialised shipping container padlock into the designated lockbox from the bottom. Ensure it’s securely hooked in place. The padlock can be securely affixed by inserting it from the bottom of the lockbox, hooking it in place, pushing the bar upwards, twisting the lock, and subsequently removing the key.
  3. Lock Activation: Push the lock’s bar upward to engage the locking mechanism. This action secures your container and prevents unauthorised access.
  4. Locking the Padlock: Twist the lock to lock it in place, and then remove the key. This step ensures that your container is fully protected.
  5. Unlocking Process: To unlock the padlock, simply turn the key. Notably, this lock incorporates a feature that prevents the pin from accidentally falling out, a particularly advantageous attribute during inclement weather.

    • Rotate the second digit until your chosen number aligns perfectly with the mark.
  4. Roll the Third Number:
    • Rotate the third digit until your selected number lines up accurately with the mark.
  5. Roll the Fourth Number:
    • Rotate the fourth digit until your chosen number aligns flawlessly with the mark.
  6. Unlocking:
    • Once all four numbers are aligned correctly, gently pull down or push up on the shackle to release the lock.
  7. Please make sure you place the combination lock in the reutrn box located behind the exit bollard.
